Any Shipping could be delayed on the days we have holidays or are out of the office. Those days are:

What do I do if my tracking update says "delivered" but I did not receive my package?

September 8 shipments do not require a signature upon delivery. While all shipping carriers are experiencing an unusually high volume of orders, we will do everything we can to make sure you get your product. If you receive a “delivered” message from our carrier but do not receive your package, please contact the carrier after you’ve checked the entire premises of your home. If you are not able to track down your package through the carrier, September 8 is not responsible for lost packages. Our store policy will not allow us to refund any item if address was entered incorrectly in the system.
